By accessing or using Enkore’s website, dashboard, or widget (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to bind that business to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Enkore provides a post-purchase offer widget that displays sequential offers on a partner’s order confirmation page. Partners join by invitation, reviewed and approved by Enkore before onboarding. You may not use the Service to violate any law, infringe on any third party’s rights, or interfere with the Service’s operation or security. Enkore may suspend or terminate access for any account that violates these terms.
As a partner, you are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and any required disclosures of the offer content, pricing, and claims you submit through Enkore. You confirm that you own or have the rights to use any images or content you upload. You may not submit content that is illegal, misleading, or infringes on another party’s rights. Enkore reviews and may reject or remove any submitted content at its discretion. You are responsible for keeping your submission, onboarding, and billing links confidential, since these links are how Enkore verifies your identity without a separate login.
Enkore offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan, billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Pro subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your billing address.
Refunds. You may request a full refund within 14 days of the charge that starts a new subscription period — either your first charge on signup or your first charge after resuming a subscription — for either billing interval (monthly or annual), by emailing eddys@brainbankmedia.com. This window does not reset with each recurring renewal charge. Beyond 14 days, monthly charges are non-refundable; you may cancel at any time to stop future billing, and you keep access through the end of your current paid period. Beyond 14 days, annual charges may be eligible for a prorated refund of the unused portion, reviewed case by case.
Cancellation. Cancelling stops future billing but does not end your current paid period early. At the end of that period, your account moves to the Free plan.
Pausing. You may pause billing at any time. Pausing stops charges immediately and moves your account to the Free plan; your paused offer content is preserved and can be reactivated once your account is manually restored to Pro.
Payment disputes. If a payment is formally disputed with your bank (a chargeback), your account is moved to the Free plan immediately while the dispute is resolved, regardless of outcome. Restoring Pro access after a resolved dispute is handled manually by Enkore.
On the Free plan, two of your four offer slots display offers from other advertisers in Enkore’s network rather than your own content. Enkore does not create or control the claims, pricing, or content of these network offers; each advertiser is responsible for their own offer. Enkore is not liable for the content or accuracy of any network offer shown on your confirmation page.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Enkore does not guarantee any specific level of clicks, conversions, or revenue from the widget or from any offer, network or partner-owned. You are responsible for evaluating whether the Service meets your needs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enkore and Brain Bank Media LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Enkore’s total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid Enkore in the three months before the claim arose.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
Enkore may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
