This Privacy Policy explains how Enkore, a product of Brain Bank Media LLC, collects and uses information when our widget appears on a partner’s website. Enkore is a post-purchase offer network. Our widget appears on confirmation pages and similar high-intent pages after a customer completes a purchase on a partner’s site. When an Enkore widget loads on a page, we automatically record a small set of anonymous events. These may include: that the widget was shown on a page; which offers were viewed and for how long; whether an offer was clicked; whether a multiple-choice survey was shown and which answer was selected; whether the widget was closed or completed. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, payment information, or any other personally identifiable information. We have no way of knowing who you are — only that an anonymous visitor interacted with the widget. We also collect standard technical information that your browser sends automatically, such as your browser type, device type, and the URL of the page where the widget appeared. This information is not linked to any individual identity.
We use the data collected by the Enkore widget for the following purposes: Offer performance — understanding which offers are being viewed and clicked helps us improve the relevance and quality of offers shown across the network; Partner reporting — we provide our partners with basic analytics on how their widget is performing, including impressions, clicks, and click-through rates; Survey insights — when a survey slot is used, we aggregate responses to help partners understand their customers better; Network improvement — aggregate, anonymous data across the network helps us make better decisions about which offers, formats, and timing work best.
Enkore uses third-party services for website hosting, database storage, and image delivery. These services may process anonymous event data as part of normal operations. We retain anonymous widget event data for up to 12 months. After that period, event data is deleted on a rolling basis. Partner configuration data (such as offer content and widget settings) is retained for as long as a partner relationship is active. If a partner leaves the network, their data is archived and can be permanently deleted upon request.
Because Enkore does not collect personally identifiable information through the widget, most traditional data rights requests — such as accessing, correcting, or deleting your personal data — do not apply to the anonymous events we record.
