How to Track Your Enkore Widget Results

Enkore tracks widget impressions, offer views, and clicks automatically. However, to measure actual sales or conversions that came from your widget, we recommend adding tracking parameters to your offer URLs. This lets you see exactly which sales came from your Enkore widget — and which slot drove them — using your own analytics tools or affiliate dashboard.

This is a one-time setup that takes about 5 minutes.

How it works

When a customer clicks “View Offer” in your Enkore widget, they’re taken to the URL you set for that offer. By adding a tracking parameter to that URL, you can identify in your analytics or affiliate dashboard that the click came from Enkore — and from which slot specifically.

We recommend using the following SubID or UTM convention per slot:

SlotWho owns it (Free plan)Tracking code
Slot 1YouEK01
Slot 2EnkoreN/A
Slot 3EnkoreN/A
Slot 4YouEK04

On the Pro plan, all four slots are yours — use EK01 through EK04 for each slot respectively.

For affiliate offers — adding a SubID

If your offer URL is an affiliate link, most affiliate programs allow you to append a SubID to track the source of a sale. The exact method varies by platform, but the general format looks like this:

Before:

https://example.com/product?ref=youraffiliateID

After:

https://example.com/product?ref=youraffiliateID&subid=EK01

Check your affiliate program’s documentation for the exact SubID parameter name — common variations include subid, sub_id, s1, or tid. Once a sale is made, your affiliate dashboard will show the SubID alongside the commission, letting you filter for all sales tagged EK01, EK02, etc.

For your own products — adding UTM parameters

If you’re promoting your own products in your offer slots, add UTM parameters to the destination URL so the traffic shows up correctly in Google Analytics or similar tools:

Before:

https://yourstore.com/product

After:

https://yourstore.com/product?utm_source=enkore&utm_medium=widget&utm_campaign=post-purchase&utm_content=slot1

Adjust utm_content=slot1 to slot4 for your second slot. This lets you filter traffic and conversions in Google Analytics by source (enkore), medium (widget), and slot.

Submitting your updated URLs

Once you’ve added tracking parameters to your offer URLs, submit your updated offer content via the Enkore Offer Submission Form and we’ll update your widget within 2 business days.

Closing note: As Enkore grows, we plan to add native conversion tracking directly inside the dashboard — so you’ll eventually be able to see revenue per slot without needing external tracking. Until then, the method above gives you a reliable way to measure your results independently.
